This is a response to Jedite’s review of Dragon’s Lair for the NES. I just play through it and mumble about how stupid it is. As an added bonus (if you can call it that), I play through Dragon’s Lair for the Sega CD.

    I play that game back in 90′s… I was just a kid!!! :P I remember that I kick Lang ass easy!!! If I remember well… you must hit him down… and will be easy!!! the game was great!!!! I use to love it!!!

    @wizeladamska yeah rocky 5 sucked, you aren’t alone in thinking that lol. i had an argument the other day though with someone who said 6 was the worst one because he loses at the end, my reply was simply “have you even seen the first one?”

    @ArmouredLemming I thing Jedite’s review is better because he’s spot on the frustrating parts of the Dragon’s Lair’s flaws: too frustrating difficult.

    I find this review miles better in vocal quality then jedite’s, that guy had no buisness reviewing games with the combination of he’s vocabulary and voice, and makes little effort to review in-depth but rather jsut sits there, cursing out the game for what half the time is more his own inability to play the game correctly rather then ‘cheap hits’.
    As for dragons lair (CD) you notice that derk flashes right before somthing is about to happen to him? -thats- the time you press the right button(s).

    The origianl Arcade game was good…for its time

    The nes version was just a cash in and is baaaaaaaaad

    A CD version? If its sega that would explain the quality.

    I’m not sure what version your playing. Check out the wiiviewr’s review on the Dragon’s lair trilogy. I got the idea that it was an arcade game of quick-time events. Basically you run through an interactive film and try to press the buttons on the screen to proceed through the course.

    this game sucks but seriously is it that hard to remember where that hole in the bridge is? At least I figured that out after like the first or second time it happened to me.
