dead island is fun but with friends just cuz the jump scares of the zombies that are faking dead if that makes sense. but it still doesnt beat zombies ate my neighbors

Resident Evil… of course. First zombie game I ever played. Scared the shit out of me ^_^
i thought the game was ok was a nice change from what i have played. it was like (to me anyways) left for dead but with out the whole run the gauntlet crap over and over. yeah you have to grind and do quest and back track but at least you could go where you wanted and just explore. but yeah did get old after a while and the story was a lil lacking but would play another if they made a dead island 2 and just did better about the story as im just a sucker for co-op games and zombies.

(neither is this game though. A real zombie out break would be 50X easier to survive)

How come all the best zombie games have dead in the title like dead island and left 4 dead and deadrising and dead space (kinda zombies) because it just makes it better for some reason. Silent hill? Meh.

I’m thought for a second and realized something. Has anyon here played Dead Rising 2: Case Zero? You know, the Dead Rising 2 “prequel” that you could get from XboxLIVE for $5.
That prequel, which was about two hours long, was better than Dead Island, a full -priced retail game that took five years to make.
That. Is. Just. Sad.
Favorite zombie game? Resident evil! And I really love this game I stay up for hours playing it but its probably because I love zombies. I agree it had alot of problems but hopefully it will be fixed in a squeal.

@jengofrett Zombie implies someone has died and then returned to life. The parasite people in RE4 don’t die and come back. Like 28 Days Later, the transformation takes seconds and the person doesn’t die. Of course as pop culture defines them, they are zombies, just not techincally.
Bro Left 4 Dead is 100% the best zombie game ever made. Plus the co-op and versus kick a ridiculous amount of ass.
