@HolyWhisp i mean by how u said you wanted mail/more tabs /games etc. i dont see the reason to have that on a mp3 when you can have it on a phone or cpu

I assume you meant a PC or a Mac, but didn’t quite know what you were talking about.
If you look back at the last part of my original comment i mention ‘when it comes to MP3′s’. Clearly i was refering to a digital media device rather than a desktop computer. I’m not quite sure why you bothered to leave that reply.

@pokerguy94 That DEFINITELY isn’t true. Yeah the iTouch has a lot of stupid apps like paper throwing etc, but then youre only talking about FREE apps..duh of course free apps tend to be useless. Get to the paid apps and you’re getting into stuff like making dinner, GPS, dining guides, mixing drinks, accessing accounts, playing FULL games like RPGs etc, using it as a remote, making music etc
That said, the Zune HD is a sexy SEXY lil device, but dont compare it to iTouch–they aren’t even close.
Zune is for people who wanna listen to music some of the microsoft zunes have 80 gigs :O
Not sure why Apple fanboys are so obsessed with apps, most are pretty useless. I like Zune better because of the sound quality and I prefer the UI on Zune better.

And guys stfu about Itouch vs zune debate. the itouch has been out for 3 years, the zune hd has been out for only ONE year. so it wouldn’t really be fair to compare the two. I say if you like the itouch, GET THE ITOUCH. If you are more into music than apps get the zune. >.>
@Insanity714 Thats true,and they could waste there time and money on useless apps like a tazer and easy button and all that crap but they dont because they spend there money and time making the amazing games that are soon to come that will make the Zune HD seem like a portable Xbox!
@loganh2876 plus you can RETINA DISPLAY. and it can get better with a jailbreak. custom themes and tweaks.
if all you want is the better music player with the zune hd you can go with a normal zune. but in no way is the zune hd as good as the ipod touch
@indestructibledroid i agree with the music part but some good games with good graphics isn’t a bad thing. even if the speaker on the ipod touch aint loud at least it’s got one!!!!
basically you get what you pay for.
the Zune is cheaper but you get 9 apps, and a smaller display, a crappy ie browser, no camera, no external mic or speaker.
the ipod is cost more
but it has a camera, external mic and speaker, billions of apps, you can buy movies, tv shows, music videos straight from the ipod itself
@TheShnarz yes the IPOD is a mp3. the ZUNE is a mp3. the iPod TOUCH isn’t, the zune HD isn’t. The Zune HD is no where near being a competitor against the iPod TOUCH!!! the ipod touch aint just a music player. stupid.

@loganh2876 music wise Zune is much better cause Ipod touch fucks up so much but if all you care about is a million apps which you don’t use alll of them! and the speaker on the ipod touch isn’t even that loud and the camera thing is a pluse but the Zune is cheaper and a much better choice then i pod touch

@loganh2876 Last time I checked an iPod is a MP3 Player and so is the Zune. Also last time I checked a MUSIC PLAYER didn’t have applications or you could watch videos on a MUSIC PLAYER. Why the f*ck would you need an external speaker? Just plug in some earphones you lazy bitch. A music player shouldn’t take pictures or record. It’s a f*cking music player for god sakes.
how the heck do you people think this is anywhere near as good as an iPod Touch. this has 9 apps, the app store has over a billion! and you CAN watch youtube videos on a iPod Touch. The new iPod Touch has a camera(does the zune hd? A: No) the new iPod touch has a microphone, video recording, retina display, youtube playability, an external speaker.(does the zune hd? A: no) this in no way is better than the iPod
microsoft makes better products but they dont advertise all of them enough. the zune could shut ipod down, but ms isnt pushing it enough

The one thing that did impress me about the Zune is the acceleromator speed. Maybe its becuase i have the 8GB version of the iPod Touch 3G, meaning its still basically a 2G model, but i find the screen tilt to be quite slow and cumbersome on the Touch. Sometimes it doesn’t even recognise it at all.
However i am far too much of a hardcore nerd when it comes to touch-screen MP3′s. I cant handle just music, i need mail/games/tabbed-browsing/youtube.
Apple always owned microsoft! Apple has way better products than microsoft, now with their iPod touch 4g microsoft is burnned!

I just got a Zune hd and i think it is great but i dont like how there is not alot of games but otherwise it is good
