@StraightUpBadass I know, that is kinda weird but then i try to remember when is the last time I installed a game via disc in my desktop.. the past 10 games i’ve bought have all been through steam and many others that I havent bought if you know what I mean, have been downloads as well. you can get a relatively cheap external usb disc drive from them as well, you would only be using it to install games basicaly

@nicomala Overclocking is forcing a piece of hardware, in this case the CPU to perform higher than it’s stock settings. It’s not difficult with a bit of educated research if your comfortable going into your BIOS. It’s used to squeeze some extra performance out of parts. A word of caution, overclocking does generate a lot of heat and prob voids all your warranties. I recommend trying it maybe sometime in the future, when the latest games start to show some strain.
I’ve got one of these coming to me tomorrow or Friday, so I was looking for videos in particular showing benchmarks for graphics quality in games, so thanks for that! Question for you though: What is “overclocking”, and what is the advantage to doing so? Is it difficult to do? I generally only play WoW, Dead Space 2, Amnesia: Dark Descent and similar games. Is it something I should look into doing to my laptop?

Okay, some help here someone! I’m looking into selling my iPad so I can buy a nice gaming laptop, however, I cannot decide on which laptop to get! I’m looking for something small and portable (like my iPad is), but that also can handle some high end games without the small screen size being an issue… Vie been looking into the M11X and this Asus, which has a 17′ screen (so it’s not so portable…). Any suggestions? Thanks!
