Kinda reminds me of the newer episodes of At The Movies a little.
Star Trek was an amazing movie, however, I don’t know why, but the film seemed to go by very quickly for me, but hey, Star Trek was incredible.
LOL obviously lens flares are going pose a problem to you, Jon. You wear glasses! LOL! so its like two lens flares! He he! Anyway, I loved the movie. And I love the flares effect. It gives it a sense of being at the spot!

One thing i love about Gerard Butler is that he’s good at acting in so many different roles from different genres. He’s like a utility knife.

Laserous65 – Yeah, but that’s tough to do when the shots are identical.. I tried that, but it looks really weird.

To get that effect (transporter) just right you needed to make some filler where you showed the backdrop without you in front of it. Just a simple 1/2 a second filler makes the effect that much more appealing to the viewer.
yea i have a blu ray player i got 4 xmas and this movie was the first i watched and i havent watched it before nor have i many blu rays anyways the movie blew me away with the amazing twist and x10 action and enjoyment all though im a big Harry Potter fan i must say this is movie was better than some of the harry potters. you should also do a movie night on G.I. Joe the rise of the cobra its a really good movie too.

however my trekkie boyfriend hates it and wanted to assassinate chris pine -.- Yet every other trekkie i know loved it.. I think my boyfriend is just a hater rofl

I mean, why portray females as weak and needing romance, needing a man to be her pillar of strength?
Are the guys really that desperate to the point that there is a demand for such a film?
It is an insult to our intelligence and soundness of mind for god’s sake!
Therefore, I believe such movies should be passed of as garbage.
