   If SEGA Dreamcast were released earlier, or MGS later… What’d be the chances of having MGS 4 exclusively for SEGA Dreamcast 2 (or something)? How would that world be?

   Oh well, nevermnind… kudos for Snatcher and this review.

   Shame on them for not having a huge spoiler warning.

   With a cream title like this one they should at least tell the more interested viewers that it will contain spoilers.

    Snatcher is a fantastic experience. Well worth finding/emulating.

    yup……….altho im not sure if marrying for love ALWAYS works (check the divorce rate) but you cant apply culture standards worldwide …i agree..

    I dont know if these guys talk about emulators or not but you CAN get Snatcher and pretty much any classic game you want RIGHT NOW if you have a computer with a decent card in it. Learn about emulation, download and enjoy all the classics you want!! I’m playin Snatcher right now….

    ha ha , Underage ” snizz ” now thats a new term for me, it never ceases to amaze me how many psudonyms there are for, Ahem “SNIZZ and the art of ,I suppse, snizzing? ps as “Snatch” is also a term for a snizz (ladies front bottem) perhaps thats why the games called Snatcher? As in gillians a right old snatcher!! lol, great review btw ,not dumbed down for a change like so many others..

    It’s a Japanese game. Our standards mean exactly . . . shit. So technically, it’s not fucked up at all until we taint it with our own ethnocentrism.

    Female circumcision is a bad example. Let’s use love instead. We, a culture that marries for love, are a minority when compared to the rest of the world. Marrying for love is “fucked up” according to the rest of the world, but it works for us now doesn’t it?

    See how that works? Each culture’s values are perfectly rational for that society.

    And in the west 14 or 13 people are still considered children and it;s illegal.
    So, while it may be different culturaly, understanding the culture doesn’t make it any less fucked up by our standards.
    IE: I understand that in some parts of the world female cirumscison is ok, but knowing that doesn’t make it any less fucked.

    There’s good reason why it’s not mentioned.

    1: The PSOne and Saturn versions are only in Japanese.

    2: Both of them were censored compared to the PC-Engine and even the Sega-CD versions!
