    not being funny though, but i think there should be a limit to realism in games,
    i NEVER want my stick to snap, i think id end up throwing my controller if i missed out on a point or conceeded a goal because of it :’(

    Game is great but seeing samethings from previous years gets boring after a while. Specially graphics and commentary. Dev need more time to devlope a sports game.

    @JVanderlee225 i agree. too slow even at max speed, sluggish skating, goalies in PRO mode suck big time, too many goals from side of the net (literally standing on the line), constant 2 on 1 because my fellow AI defenceman is too stupid and just stands there.

    The speed, skating and goalies in NHL09 are way better. Yeah maybe it wasn’t as realistic in terms of broken sticks, disallowed goals, etc but the speed and pace was WAY better.

    i bought nhl 10 last year, loved it, rented nhl 11 and it is shhiiiititttt!!!!! some cool new features in it but other then that not worth 70 bucks. Skip the game this year. They really didnt add much at all

    this game is way too slow. the passing, skating, and shooting feels laggy, even tho it isn’t online. Why couldn’t EA make all the cool features new, but not screw up the fucking gameplay. Way to go EA i was waiting long for this to come and it sucks.

    I agree with the commentary. It really isn’t that good. You always hear gary thorne talking in a plurals when he should be saying singular words. Bring back Jim Hughson and Greg Simpson!

    @heavymetal4ever90 it depends. Do you think you need NHL 11? If you want more teams and some better features then yes you should get it. But if you dont really care about the new additions or anything like that i would suggest waiting for NHL ’12

    NHL 11 is *WAY* to hard. It’s near impossible to get near the other team when they have the puck, you can go full-out and the guy with the puck, yet he doesn’t loose control…. the game blows unless you’re an uber-nerd that plays it 5hrs a day to learn the quirks.

    @NHLMLB9 Don’t worry, there will be new commentary for NHL 12. Clement and Thorn were on 5yr contracts 07-11 so there gone. Unless EA renews them..I hope not.
