Classic Game Room HD buys a SUPER NINTENDO video game console! Can you believe it? A used SNES is now in the possession of the world’s most powerful video game review show, CLASSIC SNES OWNING GAME ROOM! Now we can review all of the classics except with a “super” in front of them, like “SUPER Metroid” and “SUPER Star Wars”. This console purchase was overshadowed by our recent adventure to buy a Sega Saturn, and we were excited to find a SNES at the same store for with controller and power supply and wires etc… We turned it on, it works. Plays well except the game seems a bit wobbly in there. Classic Game Room reviews video games from years past and the future, although don’t call us retro reviews, because we are permanently stuck in the ’80s which isn’t retro, it’s now. We’re now reviewers. We review games now. Not then, you just missed it. It’s now. The SNES joins the Sega Saturn, Sega Genesis, Mega Drive MD , Sega CD, 32x, Playstation 1, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Entertainment System NES, N64 and Magnavox Odyssey 2 consoles for the awesome CGRHD show!

I was a power ranger fan back in the day too but, who wasn’t and I played both of the snes power ranger games like crazy.

5-10 seconds is fine but 45 is just rediculous
The background music ended up matching up and ending perfectly with the final Megazord strike in the review =D That alone made the review for me.

No the Green ranger isnt in any Nintendo made game because Sega bought all the rights to that character.
I got this game today in my mail! Its actually a good game! But sadly its the only good power rangers game Nintendo made except for power rangers the movie to game boy.

tommy prolly wasn’t in the game due to he was evil at the time, or the game was just released in 94 but made before 94…IDK don’t really remember much of the Original Series….which the first 5 seasons were bad assed some of the other stuff eh

I was a Fan as a kid to, then I hated it, and after I graduated High School I got into it again because of the memories lol I have the Genesis Version 2

The ntsc SNES does look a bit stupid, agreed – check out the Japanese original to see how it is supposed to look. Smooth and sleek!
SNES pad is the best ever, end of!

What kind of system would this be?
i have a system that plays both nes and snes games and it plays alot smoother than the older systems on the hd tvs all though i do have a snes i find the duel system is best for the classic game collecter and you don’t have to go throught the truble of finding a good working nes or snes .

I remember the games being REALLY expensive back in the 90′s! A lot of games were 75 dollars new, and prices didn’t really go down by much!

At least it is not a big box with purple button and the controller looks better
A had a SNES age and when I tugged just slightly the controller, the game crashed. All I can recommend is that you use a metal pick to bend the pins back and use alcohol to clean the pins in both the slot and games.
Yeah, it makes me mad when my dad comes stomping in when he comes home from work, shakes the table, and Super Mario RPG freezes.
why wasting mony for something that can be emulated on pc (and using joy2key program for ps3/360 controller) …. sell it to some1
I feel the same way as you did. I had a sega genesis all through the nineties and then got a ps1. I never had a super nintendo until yesterday. Talk about 20 years too late… But I am looking forward to playing super Mario, metroid, Zelda, and starfox.
