I personally believe that the Power Stone is worse than the Charge Kick for it’s awful accuracy.

There’s a trick to killing Chargeman quicker with the power stone. As soon as you hit him with it, pause, resume, fire off powerstone, rinse, repeat. Seen it done in a speedrun.

oh, so that’s where the idea for the bubble room in splash woman’s stage came along. neat

  4. When I play Mega Man I always pick an order when I see the select screen for the first time and I stick with it. Been doing that since 1989. My order in 5 is:

    Crystal Man
    Star Man
    Wave Man
    Stone Man
    Napalm Man
    Gyro Man
    Gravity Man
    Charge Man.

I actually found it interesting that you do Star Man last because IMO, he’s one of the easiest robot masters in the game.

  5. 8:00 these mechanical imitations of sibiric tigers would have better fit into Dr. Cossack’s Fortress in MM4 if you presume it to be situated in Russia.

  6. I never played 5 cuz my dad put away my NES when I got SNES, and didnt want to keep changing it out. lol I was a kid. I wanted to play 5 though… :P

  7. Well if the top spin is the worst weapon and the charge kick is second to it, the power stone cant be too far off. That is a piece of shit.

  8. when you use the power stone it shoots 3 stones not 2

    MegaMan 3

    Where was Top Spin again?

  11. Uh… charge kick is only useful on one boss.. that is Dark Man #3… Use Charge Kick at him when he uses those Rings. You’ll be invulnerable and You can damage him as well..

  12. Gravity mans weapon is very childish & the bubble lead & seach snake were better then the water wave!

  13. “Mini-me hard hats.”
“Use the gravity hold to get these assholes out of the way.”
“He’ll attack this way constantly or else sometimes, he’ll just jump around like a fucking retard.”
“Take the Rush jet across to get…a nice extreme close-up of lethal spikes. Seriously, what the hell is the point of this?”
“His level is fun cause you can really get high.”
“Wouldn’t you think that a robot gets slower as you weaken him more? Oh well. It’s a video game.
This review gets a big LMFAO.

  14. a question for the next Q&A (if it will happon) will you review MegaMan 9?

  15. yeah that’s weird, like 4 Napalm Man’s minions

…Am I crazy, or do the two Proto Man stage bosses we’ve seen so far just look like they should be normal enemies? O_o Seriously, bosses beyond the starting 8 Robot Masters are either at least similar to said Robot Masters in stature, or are ridiculously huge. And tend to have at least semi-impressive attacks. These guys seem like normal enemy rejects, out for revenge or something. Is it just me?

    Wow,

This mutha phukkin’, knob slobbin’, globe polishin’, Protoman has his own fortress??

Where the fuck do these robots get the money to make all this shit??

They must be more manicial and richer than Barak Obama.

  18. 2:20 – 2:30 – LOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!! :) )))
    Aqualung, this is brilliant!!
    Great videos, as always!

    Cheers!

  19. Ah ah, I tried to get accross the trail of spikes for like 10 minutes, but I couldn’t even get on the damn jet. Always thought there was a hidden passage on the left, really weird..

  20. As many times I played Mega Man 5, I had no idea of the hidden room in Stone Man’s level that has the Mega Tank. Thanks Aqua! =)

    Top Spin? Worst Weapon? BAH.

Top Spin fuckin rocks. You can devastate most of the scrub enemies in Megaman 3 easily with it.

Charge Kick does suck though. Sucks BALLS.

  22. DiyarTotalWarrior

You forgot to mention that, if you have your health and weapons full and you use the M tank. All enemies turn into 1 ups.

  23. stone man reminds me of guts man

  24. pistolsforpandas

Strange, Capcom has a game called Power Stone, a weapon in this game called a Power Stone, and a treasure in RE5 called a Power Stone. They must really like that name!
