Bit of a weak ending to an otherwise interesting game, but I digress. I may have gotten angry a lot, but I still enjoyed playing this. I might do another Mario World hack sometime, but not for a while. These things are sorta overrepresented in the first place, and I don’t want to become a one-trick pony. I’m not asking for any suggestions for another game, so please don’t flood the comments with those.

    i like your review on this game as much as the way avgn did it last year. irategamer did it earlier this year, but it’s not as good as either of them.

    I actually had this when I was 10. Educational, sorta… And yes there are multiple “rooms” you go through and tons of items to return which took me at least a month, but I finally made it to the end… and it said I LOST because I didn’t return the items in the proper order… YES even if you do everything, it will make you lose if you didn’t do it right.

    To save the game you can go back and beat a ghost house. It’s strange why the castles don’t save again if go back and beat them again.

    Actually, making a romhack of SMW isn’t too hard. It only gets hard when you start adding ExGFX or other custom shit. And adding ASM hacks, like in Brutal Mario, is near impossible unless you have experience in assembly language.

    And that ending pic was hilarious.
