Your reviews fuckin suck, you should pack it in and quit!
Seriously. Spinach macaroni which eats marbles is one of your enemies. Now, that’s a sure sign that a game programmer’s run out of ideas.

@asgfasdtwqtc I know it seems more vibrant with the stages.
I gave up on this game and sold it.
I’m sad to say I never played or owned this game.
This game was frustrating, how slow you would come back to life…..On that 1st or 2nd level at the end I would sometimes get stuck in the big hole and no idea why……
i prefer this version than the arcade version

I love how you are complaining about the sweeping up animation. Yea, it certainly is bullshit.
It really reminds me of Hamsterball , Silly Maze=Up Race
then download an emulator and the rom and hjave fun
The graphics are actually surprisingly good on the NES version. Not quite as good as the arcade version, but close. Way better than Rampage NES vs. Rampage Arcade.
i had this for the nes, it was really tough.. theme music was awesome though

good review. btw, the purpose of the little enemies in the silly race is to add back seconds for you.

Heard of this game before, but never played it before. Bought it from ebay because it were cheap, and THEN looked on Youtube to see if it were actually any good! xD

You underrate the soundtrack. It’s badass, possibly the best out of the series.
my order always started on dive man. then again, i wanted the adapters early on, plus it left SKULL MAN as the last in the order ^_^
I don’t agree what you said about the charge shot. Charge is not a weapon replacement if they designed more powerful, just like in this game. Plus you have to wait for the full charge, so it’s simplier to just rapidfiring the enemies with a powerful weapon.

Would Mega Man 4 have had a higher score if mega buster would have charged automatically and with no sound?
Of course it can’t. It’s probably the 2nd or 3rd best soundtrack overall.
Mega Man 4 can no longer stake claim to being the worst Mega Man soundtrack.
The latest Mega Man 10 soundtrack is pretty meh.
Dust Man sucks and blows,…there’s so many different ways to put that into context
I like how he non-chalantly sneaks in his jokes. “Dustman sucks… it’s one of his attacks where he tries to sucks you in. He also blows…. big chunks of trash…”
i like 1-4 but after that nah even the snes version lost me

also it gives you a reason to use your starting weapon a lot more and save the special ones for specific parts of the game, compare to say mega man 2 where you’d be using the metal blades almost all throughout the game. I’m sort of biased because Mega man 4 was the only one I owned back in the day, but it really is a great game in my opinion
have someone found the bso or does someone have it? I really want it to play it at piano with the “square lead” effect lol
Actually, Mega Man 4 was my favorite NES Mega Man. A lot of my friends growing up agreed with me.

Actually Pharoah Man is easy with the Mega Buster, he has a similar weak pattern like Toadman, the only thing is you have to jump over his Pharaoh shot and get your timing right, but it’s easy to time.
The stages in this game are pretty creative. It’s a pitty the animation got dumbed down.
