The last SNES Parodius game I will be Let’s Playing! Probably the last Parodius/Gradius game I will ever play. Damn you, screamy voice!

    I just got this game in the mail :D
    You’re wrong DeceasedCrab, they aren’t just pallet swaps, each and every character is unique. Like Upa is more like he was in Gokujyou Parodius, while Rupa is like this.

    Lyle in Cube sector isn’t that hard. Sure getting to the second boss (the flying one) is a REAL PAIN and sure the way to the final boss is very Hell Temple-like with its vastness and extremness of powerful enemies, but i got to him. Never had the patience to actually kill him, but i got to him.

    So I just finished watching DC’s Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa LP… and now this eerily similar baby is Rupa.

    Coincidence? Carryover from the publisher? Or evil conspiracy to destroy my sanity?

    the castlevania with Richter Belmont, I think it was Dracula X, had the same pause sound, it was hillariously out of place in a serious game about clobbering the undead
