Demon’s Crest – Intro Level

I’ve finally found something I could do related to youtube! I’ll make videos of the levels in Demon’s Crest, which is a pretty amazing Capcom platformer for the SNES. Sequel to more obscure Gargoyle Quests games(I think) it’s pretty fun to play. It’s pretty gorgeous in terms of sights and sounds. So yeah, this is the intro level to the game. Might seem simple, because this one is, but it seriously gets tougher later on. I have to brush up my skills beforehand though..

    It’s the third game in a spin-off series.

    The first two games are Gargoyle’s Quest on the Gameboy and Gargoyle’s Quest 2(a prequel) on the NES.

    The logo in the intro and the main character are a lot like Super Ghouls ‘n’ Ghosts… is it a sequel or a spin-off?

    The whole game revolves around an enemy from Ghost’s ‘n Goblins. :)

    I stumbled across Gargoyle’s Quest for the Gameboy and it turned out to be the best game on the system (from the one’s I owned).

    When I found out about the SNES sequel, I was so excited! This game is an overlooked classic. More people need to discover it.
