If you hold the punch button, you can unleash a super punch.
I’m bad! Very nice. And yeah I always thought the premise was great, nice and simple on teh surface but when you really think about it, how the F%$K did that happen? And why did they ask some random dude/dudes to help?
I like this music for the intro……i know many people have complained about your intro music trials, but I feel this sound captures the era of 8-bit sound
I forgot to mention….It was a pretty tough game….The only I was able to beat it was with the continue code “BA DUDU”
You never did the power punch!!! That’s the best move in the game. But anyways, I actually thought it was a decent game. I shoved a lot of quarters into the arcade version and when this came out for the NES it thought it was a pretty good port because most NES ports sucked ass.
Wow you didn’t get very far lol. I love this game. I could care less what people have been saying about it lately. And it was super awesome in the arcade! I thought the music you used for this video sounded cool. Very stereophonic. And regardless of what all these other people are saying, I like that you’re using different music. The other song was WAY over played in your videos. Sometimes you would put it in twice in a single video.
your origanil theam was better than the other 2 put togher
By far my favorite side scroller beat em up. I still play it on MAME.
Love the green Ninja Boss.
Even newer music in my newest video, which should be up in a few minutes. Please take a minute to comment in the next video on which music you like best.
I was looking forward to the great theme music, and was caught of guard…
I was one of the Ninjas that kidnapped the president and the FBI choppy choppied my peepee off!
It’s funny! I never really looked at Kung-fu Master as a beat ém up!
Weird … maybe I just have a self imposed image of what a beat ém looks like, having the ability to move your character from top to bottom, or something. Haha.
I loved Double Dragon, but part two in the arcades had a strange L/R attack that seemed to turn people away from playing it. at least at my arcade. I never noticed the lag was so bad, unless it’s just the Mame emulator … which I don’t think it is.
I also like your new theme. It’s more welcoming and cheerful than the last one. Although I admit that the last one sounded more “professional”. Your choice should depend on what effect you want in the end.
Holy sh… This version is even inferior to the CPC version !!!
@SeijiMutoEX
Kung-fu master (AKA Kung-fu, spartan x it had something to do with jackie chan) followed my renegade then DOUBLE DRAGON MY FAVORITE brawling series!
really ninjas? its like shinobi on the NES! except with rambo instead of a white ninja
Was Double Dragon the first beat ém up? I’m sure it’s not, but that’s how I remember it. It was pretty new idea for its time, and it was insanely popular. You had to stand in line to play it.
In Europe the NES version was called “Bad Dudes vs Dragon Ninja”. It’s a bit strange because the word “ninja” was censored in other game titles.
Thanks! I’m getting mixed opinions about the new music. I think I might put it to a vote in my next video.
Love the new theme music. Have to say you have one of the best game review vlogs on youtube
Final Fight was the best side scrolling beat ‘em up – ever.
at least the music is good
Damn Punk-Ass Ninjas!! They’re not “BAD” enough.. lol
Good review!!
This game was also called Dragon Ninja, I bought it for my C64 back in the day.
bring back the old intro music that was way better
