Excellent remake and for once,i think it surpasses the original in every way,especially presentation and flow of gameplay.
Anyone noticed how Capcom’s games are almost ALWAYS amazing because of what you CAN’T do in them? RE games have that stationary aiming, this has no jumping, Monster Hunter has long animations (among other things), same as with Lost Planet…and a few others I’m sure. The best gameplay for me comes with learning everything about the game. Yet….it’s games like MW2 that make the charts…

Ah yes, I knew about that although there were some quality related issues with the game (starting with the music). What I was referring to is more along the lines of Bionic Command: Re-Armed which is an HD remake that keeps all the original gameplay mechanics in tact. “MegaMan – The Wily Wars” did have some rather unwelcome alterations from what I remember.
@djnforce9 actually this is you,re lucky day megaman 123 got remade for the genesis megaman the wily wars good luck finding it I know you mean a modern remake but this is the best you could get use a emulator or go to vizzed.com or nes cafe or 1980s games.
I absolutely hate the achievements for it i think they are too difficult and some are just blatantly stupid.

I played multiplayer with my friends and holy shit that was fun. It’s like Smash Brothers except with Bionic Commandos.

As cool as the new 8bit Megaman games are, I really wish they’d bring it in to the new generation ala Bionic Commando Rearmed. Personally, I thought Megaman 8 was excellent – I’m amazed that more games weren’t released on home consoles in that mould.
