Classic Game Room Adventure #1 – Video Games in Pittsburgh

Classic Game Room takes a video game adventure to downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Classic Game Room video game review show is going on television (for something unrelated to video games) and drives to the city of Pittsburgh, where Flashdance was filmed. While downtown CGRHD walks around the city streets which are alive with the celebration of Pittsburgh’s 250th anniversary in 2008. See PPG, US Steel Building and Primanti Brother’s sandwich shop. Remember that Jon Stewart even old Barack Obama to visit Primanti Brothers on the Daily Show (and Obama said he would, so we’re holding him to it!). Mark gets a cappacola and french fry sandwich with cole slaw, darned good! CGRHD visits the Exchange store in downtown Pittsburgh which sells used cds, movies and video games for all kinds of new and classic retro systems. NES, Sega Genesis, SNES, Saturn, Sega CD, PS1, Xbox you name it…. CGRHD picks up a few games for the Nintendo Entertainment System NES like Commando, Zanac, Thunderburds, Star Force, Ghosts and Goblins, Pinball Quest, MULE for the Nintendo and a few more like Goldeneye for the N64, Cruisin’ USA for the N64, MERCS for the Sega Genesis, Street Fighter II for the SNES, Dig Dug II for the NES and Super Empire Strikes Back. Enjoy a sandwich with CGRHD, walk past Radio Shack and head to the Point where the Allegheny and Monongahela river merge to form the Ohio River.   13. Don’t for get the little game shop on Wood St. Its the one with a Drive/walk-thru window (it was previously a ice cream shop). Hopefully its still open since I haven’t been down that way in awhile.
