Adventure Island NES speed run 39:41 (Part 5)

This is a TAS I did of Adventure Island for the NES. Footage was recorded using FCEU. Note: This may seem a little long for a “speed” run, but it does aim for the fastest time. A solid run of this difficult game. Enjoy.

    I NEVER FINISHED IT BECAUSE OF ITS DIFFICULTY, BUT U DID IT WELL…

    Even using save states I had to slow down the end of 8-3, it was that hard.

    @yyayya well the reward is finishing the game itself it doesn’t matter if the ending sux as long as you know you’ve acomplished something ;) thats a personal achivement

    yea watching this now I realise how fkin stupid the ending is =)) 10 years ago when I finished it …I didn’t give a fuck about how much time I spent playing it =)) well it is a great game…my parents were playing it too :P

    And how many hours of meal and sleep did you lose until achieving this mastering of the game? XD

    I mean… It took me like 20 YEARS to finish this game, from the first time I played it in the Arcade, until a few months ago while playing it in a NES emulator =)
