For those couple of really long jumps in the high school, I just let myself fall asleep and use the magician since he can jump farther.

LJN got it’s comeuppance for scamming kids with all of these crappy/mediocre games based off of big licences. They went under years ago. 1994 to be exact.

i think me, this reviewer, and my buddies i useto play this game with as a kid maybe the only ppl on the face of this planet who actually think this game was pretty decent. like him i found the controls decent for Nes, and it had a great soundtrack and unique ideas. Most of all i loved the multi player, im sry but i cant resist saying that as a coop this game actually kicked ass… but i do agree that LJN ruined all its potential… now LJN’s bankrupt and doesn’t exist so justice is served

Personally I’d call it mediocre and LJN ALWAYS makes Mediocre to the worst games ever. I just got so redundant i just decided eh and left my NES. i went to my genesis to play some Sonic.

I was wondering if maybe I had hallucinated that part! O_O I actually went back and listened to that ~2 seconds several times, to make sure I wasn’t just hearing things. At first I thought maybe my computer made a random sound glitch or something.
Smart move. Better than hanging out in the land of the dead. Especially when that land gets flooded. Or foolishly built on the water, either or.

Great job as always. I was rather surprised that this game had some good merits to it, but yeah, really lame boss-fights.
Right about HYEAH
God damn it Aqualung, that came out of nowhere and it was funny as shit because it was such a contrast to your usual deadpan delivery. This, along with your fair and generous reviewing style, is why you’re one of the best.
